Purpose:

Whitening, moisturizing & lighten pimples scars. It will leave a cold and brightening effect on the face.

Instructions:

1. Pour the sea kelp seeds into a clean small bowl, pour in use warm water (60 degrees Celsius) or ice water (20 degrees Celsius) to about 1/3 bowl, and make it into a face shape.
2. Make holes for eyes and nose.
3. Remove after 30mins. Experience a huge difference on your face.
   

** Sea kelp are large seaweeds (algae), belonging to the brown algae and classified in the order Laminariales. Despite their appearance they are not grouped with the normal aquatic or land plants (kingdom Plantae), but instead are included in either kingdom Protista or Chromista.
