Can be used as mask by pouring the sufficient toner onto the facial cotton and place it on the problematic area, it has a menthol cooling effect. You will feel very refreshing after using it. Skin looks less oily after few minutes. Very good oil control.

When used the toner as normal toner, apply it on the face by using facial cotton, it only gave a very mild cooling effect. It does not gave a very significant improvement by using this method.

TIPS: If used as mask, ensure that the facial cotton is thoroughly wet with the toner in order to enjoy the benefits of this toner.
